Coaching Program – Long-Term Training (2 Weeks Minimum)

Our Coaching Program is designed for Freedivers looking to train consistently over an extended period while receiving expert guidance. This program allows you to train as much as you want while keeping costs lower compared to regular daily coaching sessions.

How It Works:
• You will train under the guidance of our Master Trainer for 3 to 4 days per week.
• On the other days, you can dive independently with other coaching program students, using our buoys for training.
• Your trainer will help you plan your dives and coach you through each step to maximize progress.
• If needed, they can also provide daily coaching and guidance outside the water (e.g., equalization practice, dry training).
• During the program, you will also learn buoy setup and practice working as part of a freediving team, including safety skills.

What’s Included?

✅ Access to our freediving buoys for training on your own or with other students
✅ Guidance on training plans and goal setting
✅ Opportunities to learn buoy setup and teamwork skills

What’s Not Included?

❌ Entry fees for dive sites like the Blue Hole (if we decide to train there)
❌ Freediving equipment (available for rent if needed)

Prerequisites:
• You must be at least SSI Advanced Freediver or an equivalent certification from another agency.
