Freediving Training in Dahab

During our the Training sessions our experienced freediving instructors will provide you with the setup of buoys and ropes at a suitable depth. They will be coaching you, giving you guidance on technique as well as providing your safety, and they will evaluate your abilities and adjust the training to suit your individual level. During freediving training sessions we have not more than 3 people per instructors  , which means you will have the chance to freedive as much as you want and not having to wait long time in between dives.
