About the Course
Your journey begins with the SSI Freediver Course, which takes 2.5 days to complete. After that, you’ll have a training day, followed by an optional rest day (depending on the group). Then, you’ll continue with 3 more days of training to refine your skills.
Want to take it further? You can upgrade to the Advanced Freediver Week after completing the beginner course!
