About the Course

One of the most beautiful places in the world for snorkeling and freediving right here in the Red Sea. Freedive alongside stunning reefs, full of teeming corals. There is always the chance to see some of the bigger marine life that comes into the area. We frequently see Turtles, Barracuda, large schools of Trevally and Tuna. Over the years we have also been lucky enough to see a Whale Shark, Dolphins, Sharks and lots more wonderful creatures.

Leave Dahab around 7am and drive around 1.5-2 hours to the National Park. We will brief you at the viewpoint about the dive site where there is a good opportunity to take beautiful photos of the area.
For the first session we enter by swimming through a beautiful cave (or can snorkel over the top). We then swim along the coast following the reef wall where you should see many different types of groupers, snappers, titan trigger fish and the odd napoleon wrasse. We continue our snorkel until we arrive at the Beach where we have an hour’s rest with a drink and some snacks. We then leave from the same beach and head out to the Reef where current permitting we have chance to see parts of a ship wreck from a ship called Jolanda which ran aground in 1980. There are many toilets, sinks and bathtubs on the seafloor which are covered in corals teeming with life. You are likely to see Trevallies, Jacks or Barracudas on this dive. Each dive session will be between 1hr and 1.5hr. We come back to the beach after the dive and then drive back to Dahab for around 4/5pm. (check if its available drive through Sharm El Sheik hold market)
This trip is not line diving this is a snorkelling trip with the opportunity to Freedive and get a closer look at the marine life and the gorgeous corals in the area.
